Meet Jessica

Jessica is a lymphoedema-trained physiotherapist with over eight years of experience helping people recover, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with their bodies after illness, injury, or surgery.

Jessica’s journey as a physiotherapist has taken her through both private practice and hospital settings, where she has supported clients with lymphoedema management, breast cancer recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions including neck, back, and pregnancy-related pain.

Working with people through some of their most vulnerable moments has shaped her approach to care — one that’s gentle, understanding, and truly individualised. She believes every person deserves to feel heard, comfortable, and supported throughout their recovery, and she takes the time to tailor each treatment to suit their unique needs and goals.

Drawing on her experience working with athletes and a lifelong passion for movement, she focuses on helping clients restore confidence and function through targeted exercise and rehabilitation programs designed around their individual goals and everyday activities. She truly believes in the power of movement, not just for physical health, but for building confidence and supporting overall wellbeing.

Jessica is passionate about helping clients not only manage their symptoms but also feel empowered and confident in their bodies again — whether that means easing pain, improving mobility, or supporting long-term wellbeing.
